Meltex is a seaming tape that masks seams and prevents water leakage. Meltex tapes are biased cut to perfectly follow the contours of convertible car soft-tops and protective apparel. Meltex is ideally suited for: Dry Fabrics such as polyesters, polyamides, cottons… Coated fabrics such as PVC, PU, compact and microporous PU, neoprene, hypalon… Leather Meltex tapes are available in various widths and colors. They are applied using heat and pressure (seam tape welding machines or hot air welders)
